October 13th, 2008 by ekowalik

The ICS Technology and Entrepreneurship Competition (hITEC) is the cornerstone of the Bren School entrepreneurship program.
The Bren School is seeking volunteer mentors from industry to advise the upcoming hITEC team participants.
If you are interested in mentoring a team, please submit your information via the following online form.
The competition is designed to foster a spirit of entrepreneurship among Bren School and UC Irvine students, and fuel the development of new technologies that have the potential to positively impact the marketplace.
All full-time UC Irvine students who are registered with the university for the entire academic year are eligible to enter the competition.
Individuals who do not meet this requirement may be part of an existing team provided at least two (2) of the competitors on the team are current UCI students.
Team registration begins October 15 and the hITEC Kickoff will be held in Donald Bren Hall 6011 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on January 21.
